I was nervous, but the professionalism of the office quelled my uneasiness and tension. I felt comfortable with all the staff members. Kathy is a great receptionist for an office. Steve is a superior attorney who is very efficient in his work methodology. I’m so glad he was my representative. The security system “Winston” (the dog) is a great office greeter!
